What’s included?

  • A profit and loss account – A document showing the income and expenditure of your company over your financial year.
  • A balance sheet – A snapshot of the current financial position of your business, including your assets and liabilities.
  • Notes on the accounts – Your accounts will also include a set of notes outlining and explaining the important details of your accounts. This helps identify areas of risk, allowing you to make more informed decisions.

  • A director’s report – All larger companies must also submit a director’s report that describes the significant events during the year and the impact they had on the business.
